I like the contrast of the mathematical paper with this strange thing weaving into it. A friend has just explained fractals to me so this may be a way forward for these pieces and work with this unexpected interplay between art and science!

This piece is considering the idea the art/science cross-over - next I am creating these images on sheets of latex and silicone to create this feeling of alternate bodies. in this day and age where the body is something that can be changed and manipulated through the advent of technology.

I can never throw anything away! This is made with old tea bags that were left around the flat - sometimes the most mundane can become something really interesting.

The best places to find ideas are always the markets - all those people, all that junk. Get on the case with the camera. I like to take lots of photos then transfer them onto fabric and get some paints and pens on top as well! Recently been experimenting transfering onto plasters and different latex wall fillers....... working progress!!!
